Enable multible dublicate
Enable the multiple duplicate button: This activates the checker for identifying duplicate values across two or more fields. To enable the duplicate checker for multiple fields, proceed to step #2.
Click on the settings icon
Click on enable multiple duplicate button
Click add
Click on set beside the field you want to check the duplicate for it.
then click close
